Processing Time: For in stock-items, please expect an additions 1~3 business days in warehouse processing time for total delivery estimates. (while some items need 3-7 business days or longer). *For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated date provided on the product’s description page. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Note:
1. The shipping rates for many items are the total amount of the order.
2. Orders placed on Sat. or Sun. (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.
3. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, cusotms clearance procedures or other causes. These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within these timeframes. 4. We don’t charge any taxes on any countries, but duties assessed by cosutoms are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, it rarely occurs duties.
5. We may ship your order with separate packages, items which have inventory will be shipped first.
Shipping Status >>
You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.
Delivery Delay >>

If the order is delayed for more than 15 days, we will refund the freight to the customer.

Cancellations and Changes to existing orders >>
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
