4. How can I get the free shipping?
Prachic offers free shipping on orders over $69 (Before applying the coupon).
- Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
Cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed.
Change shipping address:
If you need to change the shipping address, please immediately contact our Customer Service Team (support@prachic.com) for modifying shipping address within 2 hours. (Note: For already shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.) And please include your change request details, this will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.
Changing sizes:
For paid but unshipped orders, you may contact our Customer Service Team (support@prachic.com) for changing sizes within 2 hours.
For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. We recommend that you apply for a return after you receive the order. (support@prachic.com)
2. I didn’t receive the order confirmation.
Please leave correct email address in your order. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after payment is completed.
We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. : )
3. What happens if I am not at home when my package arrives?
If you were not at home when the shipping company delivers your order, you can ask your family or friends to sign for it if possible. Or you can contact the shipping company to arrange delivery when you are available.
4. Why was my package returned?
Apologize about this inconvenience, it may be caused by wrong or incomplete address, invalid phone number or other reasons.
Would you please contact the shipping courier to check for more details first?
5. Why does the tracking service shows that the package has been delivered, but I did not receive anything?
Apologize about this inconvenience, package might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors, please have a check first.

Pay With Paypal
When you choose to pay for an order via PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can log in with your PayPal username and password. If you do not have a PayPal account, or if you do not want to use your PayPal account, you may still pay via PayPal, by clicking on the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option on the PayPal payment page, and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can first enter your email address and then enter your credit card information to complete your payment safely via PayPal.
Sales & Tax
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must finish customs checks/clearance first. It’s always buyer’s responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.
In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can’t calculate this for you or you cannot pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We are more than happy to follow your instructions.

Cancellations and Changes to existing orders >>
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs.

Return Requirements for return-eligible items
All Clothing Items: Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
For items with quality or size issue. Please contact our customer service with some clear pictures to show the problem. Once confirmed, return address will be send to you immediately.
For below circumstances, customers could contact us for return or refund:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.
- Free gift cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not support.
Return Process
Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays:

• Reason for return
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours.
3. Please return the item to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Refund Policy
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will check the items and email your within 48 hours. Your payment will be refunded in 3 working days after we contact you.
Return Adress
Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provide to you. (Email: support@prachic.com)
Return Shipping Cost
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
